Lower School Students Bring Creativity and Learning to Life Through Holiday Ornaments
December 12th, 2025
Creativity and joyful learning were on full display as Lower School students at St. Martin’s Episcopal School designed and created ornaments for the Christmas tree in the Lower School office. Each grade contributed unique, handmade pieces that reflect the skills and concepts students are developing in their classrooms.
From traditional, hand-crafted designs to technology-enhanced creations, every ornament tells a story of imagination, growth, and discovery. Third and Fourth Grade students took the project a step further in STeaM class, using Tinkercad and the school’s 3D printers to design and print their ornaments, blending creativity with problem-solving and digital design.
Together, the ornaments serve as a festive reminder that learning at St. Martin’s is both meaningful and joyful, encouraging curiosity, innovation, and a sense of wonder at every stage of the educational journey.
