Our Episcopal Tradition
St. Martin’s is the only Episcopal school in the New Orleans area that serves students 8 weeks old through 12th grade. Our Episcopal identity guides how we educate and shape children through the development of strong moral and ethical values, compassion, and empathy in every student. We believe in respecting others, speaking honestly, offering kindness, and serving the community in celebration and worship of God. We value diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in all its forms.

St. Martin’s is a rigorous college preparatory school that places a high emphasis on student-centered interdisciplinary learning anchored in relevant connections to the real world. A Campus of Opportunity
At St. Martin’s, opportunity isn’t something students wait for. It’s built into each day. Whether it’s a kindergartener coding their first robot, a middle schooler designing a custom piece of furniture, or a senior interning with a local law firm, our students are encouraged to explore their interests now, not someday. From our state-of-the-art Lower School Science Lab to our signature diploma certification programs, from the ceramics studio and theatre stage to musical performance opportunities that begin in the George Cottage, St. Martin’s students are learning to lead, create, and make a difference. With 21 AP courses, independent study options, two optional signature diploma certifications, and more than 40 teams across 14 sports in a no-cut athletic program, every student has the chance to discover their strengths, pursue their passions, and shine. With guidance from expert faculty, coaches, and mentors, students experience a wide range of resources that allow their curiosity and potential to be nurtured and realized.
