Save the date for Alumni Weekend 2027: April 16-17, 2027
Class reunions are key to reuniting graduates, renewing relationships and linking the school to alumni. The Alumni Office is ready to assist with the planning of reunions and can act in an adviser and facilitator role for class reunion coordinators. The office can provide class lists and design, print, and mail invitations for reunion events. Use our Reunion Planning Guide to assist you. We are happy to help make your reunion event a success. If you have any questions or want to help your class celebrate your big year, contact our Alumni Office.
We loved seeing everyone during Alumni Weekend 2026! View photos here: Spirits Party, Anniversary Club Luncheon, Alumni Chapel.
We kicked off the weekend with Alumni Chapel during the day on Friday, followed by a special luncheon for our alumni celebrating 50+ years since graduation, and then we encouraged classes to host a party that evening at a class member's home, private venue, or banquet hall. On Saturday, we hosted family - friendly activities in the morning for our Alumni Family Playdate, followed by a wonderful gathering in Saints Hall that evening. Classes celebrating a milestone year attended a special "Reunion Reception" before the Spirits Party.

- Does the Alumni Office provide funds for class reunions?
The Alumni Office does not have a dedicated fund to cover the costs of individual reunions. Each class is responsible for its own expenses. That said, we are here to support you every step of the way. Our goal is to make your reunion as fun, meaningful, and memorable as possible! We can:
- Provide guidance with reunion planning and logistics
- Supply class swag for giveaways, décor, and photo props to borrow
- Share yearbooks for displays and reminiscing
- Connect you with trusted local vendors, bars, and restaurants
- Offer free access to campus spaces, including the Van Slate House and the Dining Hall
- What spaces are available on campus for reunions?
Alumni may reserve the Van Slate House and/or the Dining Hall for no rental fee, although a housekeeping fee may apply. Both spaces provide a welcoming setting for gathering, celebrating, and reconnecting.
- Can we get keepsakes or memorabilia for our reunion?
Yes! We can provide class swag for giveaways, we can lend you décor items and photo props, and lend yearbooks to display at your event.
- How else will the Alumni Office help with reunion planning?
We’re happy to share best practices, connect you with local vendors, and offer tools and resources that make planning smoother. We provide class contact lists and can assist with tracking down "lost Saints." We will also help spread the word by promoting your reunion through our alumni communication channels.
