Kade Vinju ’27 Named New Orleans Prep Sports Athlete of the Week
January 29th, 2026
St. Martin’s Episcopal School junior Kade Vinju ’27 has been voted the New Orleans Prep Sports Athlete of the Week for the week of January 19-24.
Vinju earned the recognition after the shooting guard made five 3-pointers and scored 31 points in less than three quarters of a runaway win against Varnado.
The Nola.com Athlete of the Week honor recognizes top performers from schools across the Greater New Orleans area and is determined by fan voting. Congratulations to Kade on a well-deserved honor.
