Young Alumni Impart Wisdom on Upper School Students at Career Day

April 23rd, 2026

Yesterday, the Solomon Theater and our Upper School classrooms served as a forum for professional mentorship and the formation of the next generation of leaders. The day began in the Saints Dining Hall as Upper School students joined our visiting alumni for a hot breakfast, setting a tone of community and mentorship that carried through the morning’s panel discussion and breakout sessions.

As a cornerstone of our commitment to preparing students for college and life, Career Day provides a vital link between the academic rigor of today and the professional excellence of tomorrow. St. Martin's was pleased to welcome back a distinguished group of young alumni who exemplify the values of our school through their candid dialogue and mentorship. Their presence offered our students a relatable yet aspirational look into careers in law, healthcare, engineering, finance, research, and more, proving that the foundation laid here leads directly to lives of purpose and service.

We commend our students for their thoughtful engagement and extend our sincere gratitude to the alumni who returned to campus to invest in their fellow Saints.

Special thanks to our alumni participants: Dr. Jill McCall '04, Jay Gilmore '07, Katie Gilmore Crisler '09, Austin Brackett '12, Parker Caronia '12, Jefferson Honeywell '14, Rimi Mandal '18, Jack McElveen '18, Rico Coleman '19, Farah Wells '19, and Sara Brechtel '20.
