Get ready for some tasty jambalaya, fun activities for the kids, and lots of Saints Spirit at the 4th Annual Jambalaya Cook-Off on Saturday, October 4.

11:00 a.m.: Doors open

12:00 - 2:30 p.m.: Jambalaya ready to serve. 

2:30 p.m.: Winners announced

Register a Team to Compete

Think you have what it takes to cook the best jambalaya? Register a team to compete by September 19! Teams must provide all supplies and food for 200 4oz tastings. Take advantage of early bird registration by September 12: $100 per team. All teams must register by September 19!

You don’t have to cook to participate in the fun! Support athletics at St. Martin’s with a Jambalaya Cook-Off donation or sponsorship.

Purchase Tickets

Join the fun and purchase tickets to attend. Save money and get your tickets ahead of time. Tickets are $15 before October 3; $20 at the door and include all-you-can-eat jambalaya, a dinner roll, and a drink. (Children under 12 are free.)
