Performing Arts Hosts Audition for Upcoming Production of Beauty and the Beast JR

On Monday, December 2, Performing Arts held a meeting for its spring musical, “Disney’s Beauty and the Beast JR.” Nearly 60 auditionees and their parents learned more about the upcoming production of this beloved take on the classic fairytale. Students in grades 2-12 have been invited to audition for St. Martin's upcoming production.
Based on the original Broadway production that ran for over thirteen years and was nominated for nine Tony Awards, and the Academy Award-winning motion picture, “Disney’s Beauty and the Beast JR.” features some of the most popular songs ever written by Alan Menken and the late Howard Ashman, along with new songs by Mr. Menken and Tim Rice.
Mark your calendars! St. Martin’s production of “Beauty and the Beast JR.” hits the stage of the Solomon Theater March 20-22, 2025!
