Eighth Graders Celebrate Elizabethan Day

Today was Elizabethan Day for our Class of 2028! For more than 20 years, St. Martin’s eighth graders have celebrated Elizabethan Day. This #onlyStMartins tradition is the culmination of a cross curricular study in English and History classes of the Elizabethan age — a period where peace, prosperity, and culture flourished in England. On this day #StMMiddle teachers bring a little bit of Elizabethan England to Green Acres, complete with Shakespearean readings, games and leisure from the time, a feast, and much more..
