State Champions Return to St. Martin’s for Ring Ceremony Celebration
May 21st, 2025
This week, the 2023–24 State Champion St. Martin’s basketball team received their championship rings in a special ceremony honoring their incredible season—and the legacy they created together. Several alumni from the Class of 2024 returned to campus to join the celebration, reconnect with their teammates, and reflect on a season that will forever be etched in school history.
🎥 Watch the video to relive the celebration and read Coach Odom’s powerful message.
As Head Coach Odom shared with the team, the rings represent far more than a state title. They’re a lasting symbol of unity, grit, and growth—of how this group came together, challenged each other, and became champions not just on the scoreboard, but in character.
“They didn’t need a lot of words to lead. They didn’t fear failure,” said Coach Odom. “Because of that, they succeeded—and brought the entire St. Martin’s community along with them.”
The 2023–24 team didn’t just make history—they became part of something larger than themselves. A legacy of leadership. A legacy of perseverance. A legacy of Saints.
