St. Martin's offers three summer programs for children ages 18 months to 13 years old: Summer Day Camp, Theatre Camp, and George Cottage Summer Camp.

About the Waitlist
We encourage everyone to join the waitlist, if necessary. All waitlist campers are placed on the waitlist by session, age, and application date. Campers are added to sessions that have availability in the age group requested. Movement on the waitlist generally begins after Mardi Gras and continues throughout the spring, depending on how many enrolled campers change their summer plans. If we receive a cancellation for the session of your choice, you will be notified by email and by phone. You will have 24 hours to respond. After that, we will contact the next family on the list.

StM Summer Camps Refund Policy

A $100 deposit is required to reserve your child’s spot for StM Camps. (Please note that the deposit is non-refundable unless we are unable to proceed with camp due to COVID-19 regulations. In that case, all deposits will be refunded.) All fees are due by May 1, 2022. Cancellations made after May 1, 2022 are not eligible for refunds.

Covid-19 Policy

Throughout the eight-week program, campers will practice and be educated on healthy hygiene practices. Directors will design a schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the classrooms during the camp day to ensure the safety of all children and staff.

Procedures will be adjusted to limit the sharing of materials and to practice physical distancing. Activities that would normally take place indoors will be modified to allow children to enjoy themselves outside. Carpool and lunch procedures will be revised to maintain static groups. Large camp gatherings will be modified and held via Zoom, so that campers and staff can still be “together” but at a distance.

Additional staff will be on hand to maintain cleaning and disinfection in bathrooms and on playgrounds. We will make adjustments to our plan as circumstances demand and as we receive additional guidance from health officials, government leaders, and the CDC.
