Cathy Lesher
Summer Day Camp Director and Auxiliary Programs Director

Cathy Lesher is the Director of St. Martin’s Summer Day Camp. Cathy serves in St. Martin’s Episcopal School’s Auxiliary Programs Department as Holiday Camp Director, After School Care Director and Spirit Store Manager.

Cathy is a graduate of Tulane University with a B.A. in Anthropology and International Development.  She has over two decades of experience working for summer camps, starting at Ripples Summer Day Camp on Tulane campus before joining the St. Martin’s community in 2017.

Cathy has volunteered and worked for a variety of non-profits and youth programs, including New Orleans Outreach, T.R.E.E. (Teaching Responsible Earth Education), and Heifer International Learning Center.

George Cottage Camp


Tiffany Laird
Cottage Summer Camp Co-Director


Tiffany Laird is a co-director of St. Martin’s Cottage Camp. A George Cottage teacher during the school year, Tiffany is also a three-sport varsity coach for St. Martin’s. 

Tiffany is a graduate of Nicholls State University. Her B.A. is in Interdisciplinary Studies, with minors in Social Science and Humanities. She has worked for the Cottage Camp for the last six years. Before coming to St. Martin’s, she worked for the Lafourche Recreation Department for many years, as both a group leader and site supervisor. 

Generous with her time and talent, Tiffany has volunteered for a variety of nonprofits, schools, and youth programs, including Community Bible Church, South Lafourche High School, and Larose Little League Baseball and Softball.

Theater Summer Camp Director

Meredith Long-Dieth

Meredith Long-Dieth is the Director of St. Martin’s Theater Camp. Meredith serves in the St. Martin’s Episcopal School’s Performing Arts Department.

Meredith Long-Dieth is a graduate of the Shenandoah Conservatory of Music. She lived in New York City until 2004 and has performed off Broadway, in national tours, on cruise ships, and in various regional theatres around the country. Her past credits include  Ruthless, where she won the Big Easy Award for Best Actress, The World Goes Round and Tunes at Le Petit Theatre, “Miss Mona” at the Biloxi Grand, and “Ms. Pennywise” in Urinetown at Rivertown Repertory Theatre. Meredith also portrayed “Cha Cha” in the national tour of Grease with Frankie Avalon and Chubby Checker, “Ethel Toffelmyer” in The Music Man with Tony Award Winners Gary Beech and Terrence Mann, and in the original cast of Theatreworks USA’s national tour of Just So Stories. She was in the Prince Street Players’ national tour of Cinderella and Merry Go Round Summer Stock in the Finger Lakes. She also worked for The Disney Cruise Line and other regional and touring companies. Long-Dieth continues to perform, direct, and study throughout the greater New Orleans area. She serves as St. Martin’s Performing Arts Director.
