Saints Honored at Athletic Awards Ceremony

Coaches, along with student-athletes and their parents, came together for the fall Athletics Awards Ceremony in the Solomon Theater on December 7 to commemorate a fantastic semester for St. Martin’s Athletics. This season St. Martin’s has earned one team state championship, one team state runner-up, and one team district runner-up; had several athletes place in the top 10 in state meets and tournaments; and sent multiple teams to playoffs.

Those gathered listened to remarks from Athletic Director Frank Gendusa before special recognition awards were presented.

We had two students selected as LHSCA All-Stars, Juliette Magner and Seema Hijazi. They were both invited to attend the 3rd Annual LHSCA All-Star Swim Meet on December 18. They qualified by being one of the top three finishers in the LHSAA State Championships.
