At StM Swim Meet, Saints Have Strong Showing

Saints Have Strong Showing at StM Swim Meet
St. Martin’s varsity swim team posted a strong showing at its meet on October 16. The girls’ team took first place in the meet, while the boys tied at second place.

The girls’ medley relay team of Isabella Arizola, Clara Conatser, Seema Hijazi, and Juliette Magner took first place. 

Several Saints won their individual races. Seema Hijazi won the girls’ 200 free, while Isabella Arizola won the girls’ 200 individual medley. Ricky Pickens won the boys’ individual medley. In the girls’ 50 free, Juliette Magner won first place, while Isabella Bartholomew took second place.

Clara Conatser won the girls’ 100 fly, while Colby Watkins took first place in the same boys’ event. Isabella Bartholomew took second place in the girls’ 100 free; Tristan Karno won the boys’ 100 free.

In the girls’ 500 free, Isabella Arizola took first place. Juliette Magner won the girls’ 100 backstroke.

The girls’ 200 free relay team of Isabella Arizola, Isabella Bartholomew, Seema Hijazi, and Juliette Magner took first place.

Colby Watkins won the boys’ 100 backstroke. Seema Hijazi won the girls’ 100 breaststroke. Ricky Pickens and Tristan Karno won first and second in the boys’ 100 breaststroke, respectively.
