Track and Field Saints Headed to Regional Meet
St. Martin’s track and field teams competed in the District 8-1A Track Championships on April 9 at West St. John High School. The girls’ team finished third overall and the boys' team finished sixth overall. Freshman Kylar Coleman was named the female Most Valuable Runner of the meet. Senior Samuel Kellum was the male Most Valuable Runner of the meet.

Individual results are listed below. Regional qualifiers are denoted with an asterisk. These Saints will return to action on April 23 when they compete in the Regional Championships.

Girls Individual Results
  • Sophomore Renee Angerer: Discus – 2nd place*, Shot Put – 5th place
  • Sophomore Isabella Bartholomew: 1600-meter run – 1st place*, 3200-meter run – 1st place*
  • Freshman Kylar Coleman: 100-meter dash – 1st place*, 100-meter hurdles – 1st place*, 300-meter hurdles – 1st place*, Long Jump – 2nd place*
  • Sophomore Clara Conatser: 200-meter dash – 6th place, Long Jump – 8th place, Triple Jump – 6th place
  • Senior Anabella Imbornone: 1600-meter run – 4th place*
  • Freshman Toi Robinson: 200-meter dash – 2nd place*, 100-meter hurdles – 5th place

Boys Individual Results
  • Junior Pryce Anthony: 1600 meter run – 5th place
  • Sophomore Eric Berthelot: Shot Put – 8th place, Javelin – 9th place
  • Freshman Jayden Coleman: Shot Put – 3rd place*
  • Junior Emmanuel Fleischer-Djoleto: Long Jump – 6th place
  • Sophomore Benjamin Hoppe: Discus – 9th place, Javelin – 6th place
  • Senior Samuel Kellum: 1600 meter run – 1st place *, 800-meter run – 1st place* , 3200-meter run – 1st place*
  • Freshman David Livingston: Discus – 7th place
  • Sophomore Ford Millican: Long Jump – 10th place, 100-meter dash – 8th place, 400-meter dash – 6th place
