Spring Gala

During this unprecedented and uncertain time, St. Martin’s has made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s StM Gala. We feel it is critical to adhere to the guidelines provided by our local, state, and national leadership.
Every year the gala has a great impact on our students and faculty. The response to this year’s event (until this point) was tremendous; we are truly grateful to our sponsors, patrons, and friends who supported the event. It is our hope that, in spite of this global crisis, we can still unite as a community and come together to make a difference in the lives of our students.
With several exciting projects and upgrades selected for the funds generated by this year’s event, we do plan to host the online auction at a later date. This year’s proceeds will help fund the Lower School Science Lab renovation project, new furniture in the Peyton Center and Martin Family Library, the refresh of a George Cottage classroom, new outdoor seating for the Gibbs Family Center for Innovation + Design, and faculty wish list items.
A very special “thank you” to the members of the gala planning committee, including our wonderful co-chairs Sarah Bordelon and Allison DeViney ’92, who have been working all year long on this event and have handled this difficult circumstance with tremendous understanding and grace. And we sincerely thank all those who donated items to the auction. More than any other year, this year’s silent auction will be imperative to the success of the event.
We realize these are deeply challenging and uncertain times for everyone. Our plan is to continue to monitor the situation and release more information about the online auction when the timing is appropriate. We hope that people will consider converting all or a portion of their sponsorship/patron/ticket purchases for the St. Martin’s 2020 Gala to a tax deductible donation. For refund information, please contact for more details.
We are holding all of our StM students, alums, families, faculty and staff, and friends in our hearts. Stay well and please know much we appreciate your ongoing, extraordinary support and understanding.

Why your support matters...
When you sponsor, donate, or support this event, you will directly impact all St. Martin's students by providing important funding for school programs and campus enhancements.
