All tuition and fees are set on an annual basis and communicated to parents on or before February 1 prior to the next school year. Unless and until written notice to the contrary is delivered to the school, this student will be re-enrolled and billed for tuition and fees for services I have selected at the rates applicable to the next school year as set forth by the school, through the student's 12th grade year. This agreement shall be null and void if the student is involuntarily dismissed by the school.

TECHNOLOGY FEE INFORMATION for the 2012-13 school year:
Grades 6 -12 Students in these grades will purchase school designated equipment and pay an annual Technology fee of $150.00. BOOK and SUPPLY INFORMATION for the 2012-13 school year:
Books and supplies for grades PK - 5 are included in tuition. Students in grades 6th - 12th purchase text books, CD textbooks, software, and supplies for classes such as athletics and the arts, according to the student's grade and scheduled classes. The on-line order form will be available in July immediately prior to the next school year. MIDDLE SCHOOL SPONSORED TRIP COSTS for the 2012-13 school year are billed separately.
7th Grade Science Trip approximate cost $1200.

Route availability decisions are based on the number of students who have indicated interest in bus service as of June 1 prior to the start of the next school year. The availability of bus service on any given route in one school year does not assure the availability of bus service the following year. Please indicate your interest on the web-based contract, or e-mail the Business Operations Coordinator, Angela Day at Angela.Day@stmsaints.com by June 1, 2012 so that we can determine available routes based on the number of interested students. Minimum participation on any route is 12 students. Door-to-door service is offered when possible. In some locations or circumstances it is not possible to offer door-to-door service. No discount or credit is given for non participation due to athletics or other school activities. |
